Job Description

• Full-Time Prospecting and Networking for Buyers and Sellers
• Estimated Time Spent Prospecting: 50%
• Procure Saleable Listings
• Obtain One Transaction (List or Sale) within the First 90 Days and  Generate a Minimum cash amount in Gross Commision Sales in an  Anniversary Year.
• Understand and Abide by the Ohio State Laws, Commisioners  Rules and Regulations, as well as Local Association Rules.
• Uphold the REALTOR Code of Ethics.
• Behave in a Loyal and Trustworthy Manner when Representing  CENTURY 21 Real Estate Corporation and CENTURY 21 Twin Oaks.

D. MLS (Multiple Listing Service) – marketing capability of MLS.

• IDX (or "Internet Data Exchange") allows MLS members to offer on their own Web sites a public search of live MLS data, including  their own listings and those of other IDX participants.

• Agents have the flexibility to manage any contacts as a prospect by selecting the Manage as Prospect option. They can save the  prospect's search criteria, keep track of listings the prospect might  be interested in, and enter comments and dates related to showing properties to the prospect. Additionally, agents can activate auto-prospecting so that listings that match the prospect's criteria will be automatically sent via e-mail to the agent & prospect.

• Agents can use the reverse prospecting results to contact the agent whose prospects' criteria matched your listing data. The  agent’s name, phone number, e-mail address (if available) and office display right on the search results screen.
